Actually Baked is a small-batch cookie bakery located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. All products are baked to order and handcrafted by one person (that’s right — everything is actually baked by hand).

All orders must be placed through our website or approved platforms.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options as listed at checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We bake everything fresh and by hand. Because of that, slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur — every cookie has its own personality.
Product descriptions, photos, and ingredient lists are provided to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee identical results every time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All of our cookies are made in the same kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens.
If you have a serious food allergy, please use your best judgment before ordering.

All promotions, coupon codes, and special offers are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and valid only through our official website.
All photos, videos, designs, logos, and product descriptions belong to Actually Baked.

If you’re local to Fredericksburg, VA, we offer free pickups during these windows:
• Sundays 10-11 AM
• Mondays 5–6 PM
You’ll receive an email or text once your order is ready. Please plan to pick up during your selected window — we can’t guarantee freshness for orders left beyond 24 hours.
